Hey all, I'm new. I would post an introduction, however I'm impatient to post this:

 Okay, well, I am yet to know wither I am an Indigo or not. The idea is very exciting, but then again I guess nowadays everyone fits the description of an "Indigo". Anyway, for a while now, I've had this feeling. Its peculiar and yet somehow very attracting. I'm pretty sure everybody else probably feels this, but I'd just like to say my two cence worth on the matter, anyway;

This is my story in which I want to share the accumulated wisdom I have gained by studying spirituality. It is information that have changed the way I perceive the world and that have helped me to cope with my schizophrenic mental illness. It has healed me through improving my relationships with people by giving me peace of mind and making me more forgiving and tolerant of negative people. It has helped me to love myself and others more unconditionally.

I think I can really help some of ...

This website claims to predict major events over the next few years. Is it for real, a hoax for fun, someone's well-intended guess, or is it the New World Order telling us what they intend to have happen?

Singularity Timetable predicts a Technological Singularity to happen in 2012:

2006 -- True AI

2007 -- AI Landrush

2009 -- Human-Level AI

2011 -- Cybernetic Economy

2012 -- Superintelligent AI

2012 -- Joint Stewardship of Earth

2012 -- Technological Singularity

Indigo Children, Real or Not?

I just read an article stating how the whole scientific community is against the idea of Indigo Children, there is no proof of it, and that the characteristics are so broad that they could match many children. I disagree with that last post, but I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or evidence to back up that Indigos are real?

Grounding - The Basics

Have you ever been driving and arrived home (or somewhere) and realized you didn’t recall how you got there? Have you ever found yourself in a situation at school, work, or with friends where no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to remain focused on the conversation? Your response was probably yes to at least one of those questions, and the retort probably consisted of something to the effect of “I was distracted”, “I had other things on my mind”, ...

I’ve done some thinking and have realized that there is a difference between instinct and judgment, in terms of perceiving our environment and those around us. A person might perceive that there is something odd about Joe, and then judge that they’d ought to avoid him. But perhaps someone more perceptive but perceive that Joe feels uncomfortable socially and is keeping some conflicting beliefs to himself and this makes him feel rather awkward in a crowd. Someone with even less insight might simply ...

I just saw an episode of Star Trek:TNG, where the Enterprise D crew are affected by a telepathic signal which keeps them from experiencing R.E.M. sleep (R.E.M. standing for Rapid Eye Movement.) Thusly, another ship's crew had gone insane and killed each other, and thusly this crew starts to lose its minds as well -- their minds becoming fearful, paranoid, simple-minded, barabaric, and forgetful. This is of course realistic, as incidents of this has happened in real life.

Everyone is afraid. From the teenage boys who hide under identical over-sized gray sweaters and hoods like escape convicts, to teenage girls who hide in carefully dressed packs, to the aged hiding in their traditional views and ways of dress, to the elderly afraid to leave their front doors at all. Most people show fear in various personal ways, but I always see it in their eyes, in their body language. So the question presents itself … what do people fear?

I remember a day, years ago now, ...
