| I've been on this weird sleeping pattern ever since I got laid off from work. For a while I was sleeping from 5am -2pm, then from 6am-3pm, and then I couldn't sleep awake at night at all slept through days. Then I finally managed to get sleeping right, and then last night I didn't get to sleep until ... I don't even know when. And I sept all through the day until 7pm! Holy crud! | |

| Haha! I used to get up about 5am or so, then when I got on temporary disability from the accident, I still got up early maybe 7am or so. Today I got up at 11:am! | |

| I had serious sleeping disorders too which I acquired from my 2 years of night shift job. Though I quit in Last May, it took 3-4 more months for me to get back my rythm. If I don;t sleep, could it be sleeping disorder? | |

| Actually I worked a night shift job too! That's part of what got me used to sleeping poorly. | |

| I have trouble sleeping when I drink too much coffee - like yesterday. I usually only have one in the morning, but I went visiting friends yesterday and had two there. THen I came home and my sis dropped by for a chat and I had another around 4.30 in the afternoon. I was like this >> >>till midnight trying to get my sleepiness to kick in. | |

| I've had between 2 to 5 hours of sleep on and off for an average of over 20 years!!! Mostly around about 2 to 3 hours... (that started when I had twins over 15 years ago.. they used to play tag at keeping me awake ) Now I try to get at least 4 to 5 hours of sleep..as I seem to be in danger of momentarily nodding off for split seconds... which can be dangerous... It's amazing how random events keep me from sleep..alarms.. sudden noises.. the cat.. dreams..dreams of random people I've never met trying to wake me up... or even.. spookily people I have later found out were dead trying to speak to me.. Shades of Medium??? I know some people have done studies on the connection between sleep deprivation and psychic abilities.. I do think there is a link... | |

| When I was a kid my dad used to sleep from about nine p.m to 3-4 p.m the next day. I think he's a sleepoholic. If you can't sleep properly at night you should try to get a few hours of rest after work or at noon or so. That's what I do when I've had a bad night's sleep. Either that, or... (I am so totally making this my 2nd signature) | |
