I've had between 2 to 5 hours of sleep on and off for an average of over 20 years!!!
Mostly around about 2 to 3 hours... (that started when I had twins over 15 years ago.. they used to play tag at keeping me awake

)
Now I try to get at least 4 to 5 hours of sleep..as I seem to be in danger of momentarily nodding off for split seconds... which can be dangerous...
It's amazing how random events keep me from sleep..alarms.. sudden noises.. the cat.. dreams..dreams of random people I've never met trying to wake me up... or even.. spookily people I have later found out were dead trying to speak to me..

Shades of Medium???
I know some people have done studies on the connection between sleep deprivation and psychic abilities..
I do think there is a link...
